Shiperman platform has been already implemented in Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Hungary (in launching phase) and operates under various trading names, chosen for the local market. Since the architecture of Shiperman is very flexible any sort of changes are possible in order to accomodate specifics of the targeted market. 
We currently have opportunites for a number of countries to implement the Shiperman's services.

Technical Specifications


  • Shiperman is a Full-stack Web Application with the purpose of providing low-cost domestic and international logistics and final mile delivery services to clients. This is mainly achieved by getting (B2B) discounts from carriers on shipping rates and passing most of the savings to the end client (B2C) and keeping a fraction of the discount as profit. 
  • Low running costs enable the business model to get to the break even point within the first 1 to 5 days of each month. 
  • Various marketing tools are integrated in the platform such as – fixing prices on certain services (loss leaders suitable for marketing purposes).
  • Extremely suitable for e-commerce – available plugins enable integration within minutes by just inserting username and password after downloading and activating the plugin. Additional incentive of Cashback option available for plugin users instead of passing the discount of shipments to the end clients.
  • By accessing the client can place a parcel order based on their needs. A parcel order can contain multiple parcels, not limited to the original sender person, location or goods. After filling in the details depending on the parcel destination (domestic or international) and paying for the services using bank API integrations(optional), Shiperman dispatches the parcel order to the corresponding delivery partner using API integrations. After confirmation by the delivery partner, Shiperman provides the client their parcel waybill(s) with which the order process is completed.
  • Some cases containing address parcel pickup have a different order flow, but this brief covers the general use-case.
Future-proofing and scalability
The entire Tech-Stack of Shiperman is built with future-proofing and scalability in mind. The entire software infrastructure can be redeployed on the Cloud if scaling on demand is needed. 
When it comes to extending the number of APIs supported, any service API can be further integrated by following the architecture principles of Shiperman. 
For increasing active user load and reducing database load, additional services such as a caching DB layer have been taken into consideration in advance and logic has been prepared accordingly.
